The South Florida Soul Rodeo Black Cowboy History Tour is a traveling educational experience designed for learners of all ages and abilities that brings to life the rich, often untold history of Black cowboys, Black rodeos, and Western cultural pride.
Hosted by South Florida Soul Rodeo, LLC, this interactive program introduces participants to a powerful chapter of American history through storytelling, visuals, artifacts, music, and live demonstrations, creating an unforgettable learning experience during Black History Month and beyond.
Many people have never seen or learned about Black cowboys or rodeo culture. This tour fills that gap by providing historical context, cultural pride, and engaging, accessible content that supports both academic learning and personal development for all participants.
